The CFA Community Safety team provide a service called the Residential Advice Visitation Service program (RAVS) and part of this program is to identify areas that have some Residential risk factors, this year we have identified Forrest to be part of this program.
The Residential Advice Visit team members are proposing to door knock the area to provide free smoke alarm testing and installations. Tailored home fire safety education and risk assessments are also provided as part of the service. If Residents are not at home at the time of the visits, they can then give us a call to arrange a time to come back to visit.
