Emmie started her yoga journey 15 years ago whilst living in Thailand. She has both practised and studied various lineages and styles around the globe. Her classes draw upon various influences from her yogic experiences incorporating meditation, pranayama (breath work) and asanas (postures). Emmie is trained in Satyananda Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and is also an Art of Living Teacher. She will be offering block sessions which will build an understanding in yoga postures, meditation and pranayama resulting in a “take away” holistic home practice.
$12 per session. Please RSVP to forrest.nh@gmail.com. Bookings are highly appreciated for the 6 week program to get the most out of the practice, though drop-ins will be welcome too.
SUNDAY 30 JULY – FORREST & DISTRICT YOUTH GROUP – FORREST HALL, 2-5PM
